Join me for a Women’s Creative Circle that has been brewing within me after years of research, inner exploration, and creative practice.

This circle is a living laboratory. A space for self-investigation. An invitation to silence the noise and listen to what is truly alive in you.

Inside the Circle

Curious Lotus is a guided space where we explore our inner landscapes through forms of art, not as performance or something “good to post,” but as a tool for presence and transformation.

Each session blends movement and introspection, weaving photography, video projections, and guided prompts that open space for reflection, along with visual exercises to explore identity, emotion, and imagination.

Through this process, we access a personal language that already lives within us.

Expressing what is often unseen, but deeply felt.

Think of it as a play date with our inner creative self.

A warm opening where the soul has space to breathe, wander, and go deeper.

Women are like water.

We become stronger when we come together.

 

My intention is to facilitate a safe space that expands and feels real and human, where we can play, connect, create and reflect without masks or the need to adapt.
 

I am on my own journey too, learning, exploring, discovering, and I bring a combination of experience, research, and tools to gently guide the process. You are invited to step in and investigate alongside me.

This is not an art class. Not a traditional therapy. Not a performance.

 

What Happens When We Unblock Creativity?

Creativity is not just about making art. It’s about how we respond to life.

And somewhere along the way, many of us have lost trust in that ability. We look outside for answers, manuals, the “right” way, and slowly disconnect from our own inner knowing.

This space exists to gently reverse that.

To help us trust our own process again. To explore, express, and reconnect with our own voice.

When we unblock creativity, we start accessing self-knowledge. And from there, decisions become clearer and more aligned with who we are and what we truly want.

The Inspiration
 

Curious Lotus Creative Circles was born from many threads that have shaped my inner and creative life. It carries depth psychology and the wild feminine wisdom I am a forever student of, along with my experience of art opening doors to deep emotional worlds. The quiet, messy initiations of perimenopause and motherhood. My years as a filmmaker and photographer, and the way women’s stories move me and bring breakthroughs. Dreams, myths, phenomena, and a touch of wonderland magic. It is nourished by the incredible women around me, and by artists and visionaries who have walked this path of inner discovery before us.
